Plan, ayl\u0131k ya da 12 ay taahh\u00fctl\u00fc y\u0131ll\u0131k (her kalemde %20 indirimli, ayl\u0131k tahsilat) olarak se\u00e7ilir.<\/li>\n          <li>Plan fiyatlar\u0131 KDV hari\u00e7 listelenir; KDV \u00f6deme ekran\u0131nda eklenir. Plans are monthly or annual with a 12-month commitment (20% off every item, billed monthly).<\/li>\n          <li>Plan prices are listed excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout. Current prices are published at <a href=\"\/en\/fiyatlandirma\/\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">hywick.com\/pricing<\/a>.<\/li>\n          <li>Payments are taken by card via PayTR. There is no automatic charging: you pay for each period yourself from the dashboard. If payment is not made within 3 days after the period ends, the account is locked; data is not deleted.<\/li>\n          <li>Modules and capacity can be added mid-period; the amount is the prorated share of the increase for the remaining period plus VAT. We recommend reviewing your settings before enabling automatic replies and automated actions, and using the approval system where appropriate. Ad budgets and spend are governed by your agreement with the ad platform; hyWick is not responsible for ad spend.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-customer-data\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">8. Your Customers' Personal Data<\/h2>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px;\">In Chat, CRM and similar modules, you process personal data belonging to your own customers, leads or business partners (such as names, phone numbers, message content, sales, payment plans and reservation records). Outputs may contain inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information; they are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial or tax advice.<\/li>\n          <li>Recommendations are advisory only; the final decision always rests with you. hyWick is not responsible for decisions made based on recommendations.<\/li>\n          <li>For automatic chat replies sent to your customers, hyWick checks information such as prices, discounts and links against the sources you provide and hands off conversations it is unsure about to your team. Nevertheless, you are responsible for the content of automatic replies.<\/li>\n          <li>AI features run on AI providers selected by hyWick (see the <a href=\"\/en\/gizlilik-politikasi\/\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">Privacy Policy<\/a>). The models used may be changed without prior notice to maintain service quality.<\/li>\n          <li>Use of AI features is limited by the monthly allowances in your plan.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-prohibited\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">11. Prohibited Uses<\/h2>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px;\">You agree not to:<\/p>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>Reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of any part of the Platform<\/li>\n          <li>Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, misleading or fraudulent purposes<\/li>\n          <li>Send unsolicited bulk messages or process personal data without a legal basis<\/li>\n          <li>Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data<\/li>\n          <li>Overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to bypass security measures<\/li>\n          <li>Access the Platform with unauthorized automated tools (bots, scrapers)<\/li>\n          <li>Share your account credentials with others<\/li>\n          <li>Use the Service to develop a competing product<\/li>\n          <li>Remove or alter proprietary notices on the Platform<\/li>\n          <li>Share data obtained through the Platform with third parties for commercial purposes without authorization<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-data-ownership\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">12. Data Ownership<\/h2>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>All data you upload, connect or generate on the Platform is your property.<\/li>\n          <li>hyWick processes your data only to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with the <a href=\"\/en\/gizlilik-politikasi\/\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n          <li>You can delete your account from Profile &gt; Account details in the hyWick mobile app or by writing to <a href=\"mailto:info@hywick.com\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">info@hywick.com<\/a>; deletion is immediate. Payment and audit records subject to statutory retention are de-identified and kept for the statutory period.<\/li>\n          <li>Before deletion, you can export your data from the dashboard (report and CRM exports) or request an export at <a href=\"mailto:info@hywick.com\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">info@hywick.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-service-level\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">13. Service Level<\/h2>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>hyWick provides the Service on a best-effort basis; no specific uptime is guaranteed. A service level commitment can only be given under a separate written agreement.<\/li>\n          <li>Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.<\/li>\n          <li>hyWick is not responsible for outages caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, marketplaces and others).<\/li>\n          <li>We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-liability\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">14. You can delete your account from the mobile app or by email, or request that your subscription be ended at <a href=\"mailto:info@hywick.com\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">info@hywick.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>By hyWick (remediable breach):<\/strong> For remediable breaches, we may terminate your access with 30 days' written notice, giving you time to remedy the breach.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>By hyWick (material breach):<\/strong> For material breaches such as security violations, data theft, unlawful activity or repeated prohibited use, we may terminate your access immediately without notice.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>After termination:<\/strong> Your data is not deleted when the account is locked; if you delete your account, data is removed immediately.
