Hizmetin Temel Nitelikleri<\/h2>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 0px;\">Hizmet; reklam, sat\u0131\u015f, sosyal medya, web sitesi ve e-ticaret verilerini tek panelde birle\u015ftiren, yapay zek\u00e2 destekli analiz, reklam olu\u015fturma, i\u00e7erik \u00fcretimi, sohbet, CRM, SEO ve e-ticaret ara\u00e7lar\u0131 sunan, abonelik esasl\u0131 ve tamamen dijital bir hizmettir (SaaS). Fiziksel teslimat, kargo veya teslimat masraf\u0131 yoktur.<\/p>\n        <h3 style=\"font-weight: 700; font-size: 17px; margin: 18px 0 8px;\">3.1. Mod\u00fcler plan<\/h3>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px;\">Hizmet sabit paketler yerine M\u00fc\u015fteri'nin kendi se\u00e7ti\u011fi bile\u015fenlerden olu\u015fan mod\u00fcler bir planla (\"Plan\") sunulur. Plan \u015fu kalemlerden olu\u015fur:<\/p>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>Kullan\u0131c\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 ve ba\u011flanan platform (entegrasyon) say\u0131s\u0131.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Temel mod\u00fcller:<\/strong> Dashboard ve rapor \u015fablonlar\u0131, uyar\u0131 sistemi.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Yapay zek\u00e2 ara\u00e7lar\u0131:<\/strong> Analizler, Reklam, St\u00fcdyo, Sohbet ve Asistan; her biri ayl\u0131k kullan\u0131m hakk\u0131 adediyle se\u00e7ilir.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Mod\u00fcller:<\/strong> SEO, GEO, CRM ve E-Ticaret; baz\u0131lar\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015fteri say\u0131s\u0131, ayl\u0131k analiz veya ayl\u0131k hak gibi adetler ve iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 ekler bulunur.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Ekip:<\/strong> Ekip y\u00f6netimi ve onay sistemi.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Kurumsal:<\/strong> White-label ve hyWick Ajans hizmeti, teklif usul\u00fcyle ve ayr\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyle sunulur.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <p style=\"margin: 14px 0 0px;\">Se\u00e7ilen mod\u00fcller, adetler, ekler, abonelik t\u00fcr\u00fc (ayl\u0131k veya y\u0131ll\u0131k taahh\u00fctl\u00fc) ve vergiler dahil \u00f6denecek tutar sipari\u015f \u00f6zetinde ve \u00f6deme ekran\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilir; bu bilgiler S\u00f6zle\u015fme'nin ayr\u0131lmaz par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Fiyat, Vergiler ve \u00d6deme<\/h2>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>Hizmet bedeli, sipari\u015f an\u0131nda \u00f6deme ekran\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilen ve M\u00fc\u015fteri taraf\u0131ndan onaylanan tutard\u0131r. \u00d6deme T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131 (TRY) \u00fczerinden al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/li>\n          <li>Mod\u00fcler plan fiyatlar\u0131 ayl\u0131k ve KDV hari\u00e7 listelenir. KDV (%20) \u00f6deme ekran\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca eklenir ve \u00f6denecek toplam tutar KDV dahil g\u00f6sterilir. Paket esas\u0131ndaki eski aboneliklerde g\u00f6sterilen fiyatlar KDV dahildir.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Y\u0131ll\u0131k taahh\u00fctl\u00fc plan:<\/strong> Her kalemde %20 indirim uygulan\u0131r. M\u00fc\u015fteri 12 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in abone olmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct eder; indirimli tutar 12 ay boyunca her ay ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 tahsil edilir, 12 ayl\u0131k bedel tek seferde al\u0131nmaz.<\/li>\n          <li>\u00d6deme, kredi kart\u0131 veya banka kart\u0131yla PayTR \u00f6deme altyap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinden al\u0131n\u0131r. Kart bilgileri PayTR'nin g\u00fcvenli \u00f6deme sayfas\u0131nda i\u015flenir; hyWick sunucular\u0131na hi\u00e7 ula\u015fmaz ve hyWick taraf\u0131ndan saklanmaz.<\/li>\n          <li>Taksit se\u00e7ene\u011fi yaln\u0131z \u00f6deme ekran\u0131nda sunuldu\u011fu hallerde kullan\u0131labilir. Taksitli \u00f6demede bankan\u0131n uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 vade fark\u0131 \u00f6deme ekran\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilir.<\/li>\n          <li>Liste fiyatlar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikler \u00f6denmi\u015f d\u00f6neme uygulanmaz. Abonelik D\u00f6nemi ve Yenileme<\/h2>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>Bir abonelik d\u00f6nemi, \u00f6demenin onayland\u0131\u011f\u0131 andan ba\u015flayarak bir ay s\u00fcrer.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Otomatik \u00e7ekim yap\u0131lmaz:<\/strong> hyWick kart bilgisi saklamaz ve d\u00f6nem sonunda M\u00fc\u015fteri'nin kart\u0131ndan kendili\u011finden \u00f6deme almaz. Yeni d\u00f6nemin \u00f6demesini M\u00fc\u015fteri panelden kendisi yapar.<\/li>\n          <li>hyWick, d\u00f6nem bitmeden 3 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce, d\u00f6nem bitti\u011finde ve hesap kilitlenmeden 1 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce hesap sahibine ve fatura e-posta adresine hat\u0131rlatma g\u00f6nderir; panelde de bildirim g\u00f6sterir.<\/li>\n          <li>D\u00f6nem sonundan itibaren 3 g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00f6deme s\u00fcresi tan\u0131n\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcrede panel a\u00e7\u0131k kal\u0131r ve her sayfada \u00f6deme hat\u0131rlatmas\u0131 g\u00f6sterilir.<\/li>\n          <li>\u00d6deme s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmazsa hesap kilitlenir. Kilitli hesapta M\u00fc\u015fteri giri\u015f yapabilir, \u00f6deme yapabilir, hesab\u0131n\u0131 devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakabilir veya silebilir; panelin di\u011fer b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri \u00f6deme yap\u0131lana kadar kapal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n          <li>Kilit verileri silmez. Buyer (\"Customer\")<\/h3>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 0px;\">The natural or legal person who purchases a subscription, module, capacity or extra allowance through app.hywick.com or the hyWick mobile app and provides their full name or company title, address, email and billing information during the order. The information declared by the Customer during the order forms an integral part of this Agreement. hyWick and the Customer are together referred to as the \"Parties\".<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-subject\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">2. Subject and Scope of the Agreement<\/h2>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px;\">The subject of this Agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and performance of the hyWick digital marketing, analytics and management platform subscription (\"Service\") ordered electronically by the Customer, whose features and sale price are shown in the order summary and on the checkout screen.<\/p>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px;\">Where the Customer is a consumer, Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply. Where the Customer acts for commercial or professional purposes, consumer-specific provisions do not apply; in that case the Turkish Code of Obligations, the Turkish Commercial Code and the <a href=\"\/en\/kullanim-kosullari\/\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">Terms of Use<\/a> govern.<\/p>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 0px;\">Detailed rules on use of the Service are set out in the <a href=\"\/en\/kullanim-kosullari\/\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">Terms of Use<\/a>, and the processing of personal data in the <a href=\"\/en\/gizlilik-politikasi\/\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">Privacy Policy<\/a>; these documents are annexes to this Agreement.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-service\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">3. Key Features of the Service<\/h2>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 0px;\">The Service is a fully digital, subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) that combines ad, sales, social media, website and e-commerce data in a single dashboard and offers AI-powered analysis, ad creation, content generation, chat, CRM, SEO and e-commerce tools. There is no physical delivery, shipping or delivery cost.<\/p>\n        <h3 style=\"font-weight: 700; font-size: 17px; margin: 18px 0 8px;\">3.1. Modular plan<\/h3>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px;\">Instead of fixed packages, the Service is offered through a modular plan (\"Plan\") made up of components chosen by the Customer. The Plan consists of:<\/p>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>Number of users and number of connected platforms (integrations).<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Core modules:<\/strong> Dashboard and report templates, alert system.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>AI tools:<\/strong> Analyses, Ads, Studio, Chat and Assistant; each selected by monthly allowance quantity.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Modules:<\/strong> SEO, GEO, CRM and E-commerce; some include quantities such as number of customers, monthly analyses or monthly allowances, plus optional add-ons.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Team:<\/strong> Team management and approval system.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Enterprise:<\/strong> White-label and hyWick Agency services are offered on a quote basis under a separate agreement.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <p style=\"margin: 14px 0 0px;\">The selected modules, quantities, add-ons, subscription type (monthly or annual commitment) and the amount payable including taxes are shown in the order summary and on the checkout screen; this information forms an integral part of the Agreement. Current list prices are published at <a href=\"\/en\/fiyatlandirma\/\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">hywick.com\/pricing<\/a>.<\/p>\n        <h3 style=\"font-weight: 700; font-size: 17px; margin: 18px 0 8px;\">3.2. Monthly allowances<\/h3>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>Monthly allowances for AI tools and modules reset on the first day of each calendar month.<\/li>\n          <li>Unused allowances do not roll over to the next month.<\/li>\n          <li>When an allowance runs out, the related action cannot be performed until the next month; on paid plans, extra allowance can be purchased for that month (see <a href=\"#en-add-ons\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">Section 6<\/a>).<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <h3 style=\"font-weight: 700; font-size: 17px; margin: 18px 0 8px;\">3.3. Legacy package-based subscriptions<\/h3>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 0px;\">For Customers who subscribed on a package basis before the move to modular plans, the scope and limits of the package accepted at the time of order apply.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-price\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">4. Price, Taxes and Payment<\/h2>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>The Service fee is the amount shown on the checkout screen at the time of order and approved by the Customer. Payment is taken in Turkish Lira (TRY).<\/li>\n          <li>Modular plan prices are listed monthly and excluding VAT. VAT (20%) is added separately on the checkout screen, and the total payable is shown including VAT. Prices shown for legacy package-based subscriptions include VAT.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Annual commitment plan:<\/strong> A 20% discount applies to every item. The Customer commits to subscribing for a 12-month period; the discounted amount is charged separately each month for 12 months, and the 12-month fee is not taken in a single payment.<\/li>\n          <li>Payment is taken by credit or debit card via the PayTR payment infrastructure. Card details are processed on PayTR's secure payment page; they never reach hyWick's servers and are not stored by hyWick.<\/li>\n          <li>Installments are available only where offered on the checkout screen. For installment payments, any interest applied by the bank is shown on the checkout screen.<\/li>\n          <li>Changes to list prices do not apply to a period already paid. New prices take effect from the first period payment after the change and are shown on the checkout screen before payment.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-period\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">5. Subscription Period and Renewal<\/h2>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>A subscription period lasts one month from the moment payment is approved.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>No automatic charging:<\/strong> hyWick does not store card details and does not automatically charge the Customer's card at the end of the period. The Customer pays for the new period themselves from the dashboard.<\/li>\n          <li>hyWick sends reminders to the account owner and the billing email address 3 days before the period ends, when the period ends and 1 day before the account is locked; a notice is also shown in the dashboard.<\/li>\n          <li>A 3-day payment grace period is given from the end of the period. During this time, the dashboard remains open and a payment reminder is shown on every page.<\/li>\n          <li>If payment is not made within the grace period, the account is locked. In a locked account, the Customer can log in, make a payment, deactivate or delete the account; other parts of the dashboard remain closed until payment is made.<\/li>\n          <li>Locking does not delete data. The Customer's data and connections are preserved as they are and can be used from where they left off once payment is made.<\/li>\n          <li>Two options are offered at renewal: \"Continue your plan\" pays for the current plan; \"Create a new plan\" lets you set up a new plan with the current price list.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-add-ons\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">6. Adding Modules and Capacity Mid-Period<\/h2>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li><strong>Adding modules:<\/strong> When a module is added to a paid plan mid-period, the prorated share of the increase in the plan's monthly fee for the remaining period plus VAT is charged. Other modules, users or platforms required for the module to work are added together and shown on the checkout screen. From the next period, the added module is included in the plan fee.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Adding capacity:<\/strong> The number of users and platforms can be increased under the same rule.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Extra allowance:<\/strong> For AI tools whose monthly allowance has run out, extra allowance valid only for the current calendar month can be purchased; extra allowances do not roll over.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Reducing and removing modules:<\/strong> Cannot be done from the dashboard; done by the hyWick team at the Customer's request. Reductions do not result in a refund for the paid period and are reflected in the next period's payment.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-trial\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">7. Free Trial<\/h2>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>New Customers who sign up may be offered a free trial, with its duration shown during sign-up (the standard duration is 3 days).<\/li>\n          <li>No card details are required for the trial, and no fees are charged during the trial.<\/li>\n          <li>Only part of the monthly allowances can be used during the trial. In a trial started with a modular plan, the plan owner can add modules to the plan free of charge during the trial.<\/li>\n          <li>When the trial ends, the dashboard is locked until payment is made. Data and connections are not deleted.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-performance\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">8. Performance of the Service<\/h2>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>The Service is performed electronically by assigning the Customer's account to the relevant plan immediately after payment is approved.<\/li>\n          <li>The Service is accessed at app.hywick.com and through the hyWick mobile app with the Customer's account.<\/li>\n          <li>hyWick provides the Service on a best-effort basis within the framework of the <a href=\"\/en\/kullanim-kosullari\/\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">Terms of Use<\/a>. hyWick cannot be held responsible for outages and changes caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, marketplaces and others).<\/li>\n          <li>Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-withdrawal\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">9. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px;\">Under Article 15(1)(\u011f) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.<\/p>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>The Customer acknowledges that performance of the Service begins immediately upon approval of payment and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal. This is presented for separate approval at the payment step.<\/li>\n          <li>Since no fees are charged during the free trial, no fee is requested from a Customer who stops using the Service within the trial.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-cancellation\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">10. Expiry, Cancellation and Refunds<\/h2>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>Since there is no automatic charging, the subscription of a Customer who does not pay for the new period ends automatically at the end of the paid period, and the account is locked under the rule in <a href=\"#en-period\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">Section 5<\/a>. The Customer may also request that the subscription end at the end of the period by writing to <a href=\"mailto:info@hywick.com\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">info@hywick.com<\/a>; the Service remains available until the end of the paid period.<\/li>\n          <li>The Customer can delete the account from Profile &gt; Account details in the hyWick mobile app or by writing to <a href=\"mailto:info@hywick.com\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">info@hywick.com<\/a>; while the account is locked, it can be deactivated from the lock screen (all connections and connection tokens are removed, data is preserved). Deletion is immediate; payment and audit records subject to statutory retention are de-identified and kept for the statutory period.<\/li>\n          <li>In the event of an incorrect or duplicate charge, or where a purchased module or plan cannot be assigned for a reason attributable to hyWick despite payment being received, the relevant amount is refunded.<\/li>\n          <li>Outside these cases, since there is no right of withdrawal, fees for a paid period are not refunded; other requests are assessed via <a href=\"mailto:info@hywick.com\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">info@hywick.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n          <li>Refunds are made to the card used for payment. The time for a refund to appear on the card varies by bank.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-app-store\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">11. Mobile App Store Subscriptions<\/h2>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 0px;\">Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play in the hyWick mobile app are subject to the sales terms of the relevant app store. These subscriptions are charged by the store and may renew automatically at the end of the period under the store's rules. Cancellation, stopping renewal and refund requests can only be made through the relevant store.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-agency\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">12. Service Provided Through an Agency<\/h2>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 0px;\">Companies using the Service through an agency are not placed on a plan; their allowances come from the agency's separate agreement with hyWick. Fees and payment terms for these companies are set by that agreement; the provisions of this Agreement other than those on payment apply.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-invoice\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">13. Invoicing<\/h2>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>Invoices are issued in accordance with tax legislation based on the billing information declared by the Customer in the dashboard (full name for individuals; company title, tax office and tax number for companies).<\/li>\n          <li>Keeping billing information accurate and up to date is the Customer's responsibility. hyWick is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect information.<\/li>\n          <li>Payment history and record numbers are shown in the Subscription section of the dashboard.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-obligations\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">14. Obligations of the Parties<\/h2>\n        <h3 style=\"font-weight: 700; font-size: 17px; margin: 0px 0 8px;\">14.1. hyWick's obligations<\/h3>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>Provide the Service in line with the scope of the purchased plan<\/li>\n          <li>Process and protect Customer data in accordance with the <a href=\"\/en\/gizlilik-politikasi\/\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/li>\n          <li>Announce material changes to the Service to the Customer<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <h3 style=\"font-weight: 700; font-size: 17px; margin: 18px 0 8px;\">14.2. Customer's obligations<\/h3>\n        <ul style=\"margin: 0; padding-left: 22px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 7px;\">\n          <li>Declare order and billing information accurately and completely<\/li>\n          <li>Use the Service in accordance with the <a href=\"\/en\/kullanim-kosullari\/\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">Terms of Use<\/a> and applicable law<\/li>\n          <li>Keep account credentials secure<\/li>\n          <li>Pay the period fee by the end of the period if they wish to continue using the Service<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-personal-data\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">15. Protection of Personal Data<\/h2>\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 0px;\">The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and related legislation for the purposes of providing the Service and fulfilling legal obligations. Details are set out in the <a href=\"\/en\/gizlilik-politikasi\/\" style=\"color: #5B36C4;\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"en-disputes\">\n        <h2 style=\"font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: -0.02em; margin: 0 0 12px;\">16.
