Q. How do I connect my Amazon Seller Central account?
From your hyWick dashboard, open the Integrations section, select Amazon, and follow the secure authorization flow. The connection is read-only and takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
Q. Is my data safe with hyWick?
Yes. hyWick uses OAuth 2.0 for every connection, encrypts stored credentials with AES-256-GCM, and transmits data over encrypted channels. We read data only with your explicit consent and never modify it.
Q. Can hyWick change my products, prices, or stock?
No. hyWick works with read-only access. It displays and analyzes your data, but never creates, edits, or deletes anything on your connected accounts.
Q. How do I disconnect an integration?
Disconnect any integration directly from the hyWick dashboard, or revoke access from the connected platform itself. Data retrieval stops immediately in both cases.
Q. How can I request data deletion?
Email info@hywick.com any time. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed from our production database within 30 days.
Q. Which plan includes the Amazon integration?
