1. Kapsam ve Çerez Nedir?

Bu Çerez Politikası, HYWİCK TEKNOLOJİ MÜHENDİSLİK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("hyWick", "biz") tarafından işletilen hywick.com tanıtım sitesinde ve app.hywick.com panelinde kullanılan çerezleri ve benzeri teknolojileri açıklar. Gizlilik Politikası'nın parçasıdır ve KVKK kapsamındaki aydınlatma yükümlülüğümüz için de geçerlidir.

Çerez, ziyaret ettiğiniz sitenin tarayıcınıza kaydettiği küçük bir metin dosyasıdır. Site bir sonraki istekte bu dosyayı okuyarak sizi hatırlar: oturumunuzun açık olduğunu, dil tercihinizi ya da siteye hangi reklamdan geldiğinizi. Yerel depolama ve ölçüm pikseli gibi teknolojiler de benzer iş görür; bu politikada hepsini birlikte anlatıyoruz.

2. Çerez Türleri ve Onayınız

• Zorunlu çerezler: Sitenin çalışması, oturum açma ve güvenlik için gerekir. Onayınız aranmaz ve kapatılamaz.
• İşlevsel çerezler: Dil gibi sizin yaptığınız bir seçimi hatırlar. Yalnız seçiminizi sakladığı için onayınız aranmaz.
• Analitik çerezler: Siteye kaç kişinin geldiğini, hangi sayfaların okunduğunu ve ziyaretçilerin nereden geldiğini ölçer. Yalnız onay verirseniz çalışır.
• Pazarlama çerezleri: Reklamlarımızın sonucunu ölçer ve reklam platformlarının size hyWick reklamı göstermesine olanak tanır. Yalnız onay verirseniz çalışır.

hywick.com'a ilk girişinizde açılan çerez bandında analitik ve pazarlama çerezlerini kabul edebilir, reddedebilir ya da tek tek seçebilirsiniz. Reddetmek siteyi kullanmanızı engellemez. Onay verene kadar bu çerezler yazılmaz ve ilgili ölçüm kodları çalışmaz.

Panelde (app.hywick.com) yalnız zorunlu ve işlevsel çerezler kullanıldığı için çerez bandı gösterilmez.

3. hywick.com'da Kullanılan Çerezler

Aşağıdaki liste 16 Ekim 2026'da sitenin taranmasıyla hazırlanmıştır. Yazan süreler en uzun sürelerdir; çerezleri tarayıcınızdan istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz.

Google Analytics'in reklam özellikleri açıkken Google, reklam ölçümü için kendi alan adlarında (google.com, doubleclick.net) da çerez kullanabilir. Bu çerezler de yalnız onayınızla çalışır.

4. Panelde (app.hywick.com) Kullanılan Çerezler

Panelde analitik ya da pazarlama çerezi yoktur; Google Analytics, Meta Pixel veya başka bir reklam takip aracı çalışmaz. Sayfa görüntüleme ve hız ölçümü çerez kullanmadan ve kişiyi tanımadan yapılır.

Ödeme ekranındaki kart formu PayTR'nin güvenli ödeme çerçevesidir ve PayTR'nin kendi çerezlerini kullanabilir. Bir platformu bağlarken açılan Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn gibi giriş sayfaları o şirketin sitesidir; oradaki çerezler o şirketin politikasına tabidir.

5. Yerel Depolama ve Benzeri Teknolojiler

Bazı bilgiler çerez yerine tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında (localStorage) ya da sekme kapanınca silinen oturum depolamasında (sessionStorage) tutulur. Bu bilgiler sunucumuza kendiliğinden gönderilmez.

• Panel görünümü: Tema (açık/koyu), ana ekran ve tablo düzeni, rapor tarih aralığı gibi tercihler.
• Beni hatırla: Giriş ekranında bu seçeneği işaretlerseniz e-posta adresiniz bu cihazda saklanır.
• Son çalışmalarınız: Asistan oturumu, ürettiğiniz görseller ve rakip aramaları gibi taslaklar ile sayfaları hızlandıran kısa süreli önbellek kayıtları.
• Oturum kimlikleri: Panel içi kullanım kaydını ziyaretlere ayırmak için sekme açıkken tutulan rastgele bir kimlik. Hata kaydı da hata anında ekranı maskeleyerek kaydedebilmek için benzer bir kimlik tutar.
• Web sohbet penceresi: Firmaların kendi sitelerine eklediği hyWick sohbet penceresi, konuşmanın sayfa değişince sürmesi için rastgele bir oturum kimliği, pencerenin açık olup olmadığını ve son görülen mesajı saklar. O sitenin çerez politikası sitenin sahibine aittir.
• hywick.com: Meta ölçüm kodu siteye son yönlendiren adresi, ChatGPT reklam ölçüm kodu kısa süreli bir oturum kaydını tutar. Bunlar pazarlama çerezleriyle aynı onaya bağlıdır.

6. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler ve Yurt Dışına Aktarım

Analitik ve pazarlama çerezlerine onay verirseniz hywick.com'daki ziyaretinizle ilgili bilgiler (açtığınız sayfalar, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgisi, IP adresi, çerez kimlikleri, tıkladığınız reklam) aşağıdaki şirketlere iletilir. Bu şirketler veriyi ABD dahil yurt dışındaki sunucularında işler ve kendi politikalarına göre kendi amaçları için de kullanabilir.

7. Tercihlerinizi Yönetme

• Çerez ayarları: hywick.com'un alt bilgisindeki "Çerez ayarları" bağlantısından onayınızı istediğiniz an değiştirebilir ya da geri çekebilirsiniz. Geri çekmek o andan sonrası için geçerlidir; daha önce yazılmış çerezleri tarayıcınızdan silebilirsiniz.

1. Scope and What Cookies Are

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the hywick.com website and the app.hywick.com dashboard operated by HYWİCK TEKNOLOJİ MÜHENDİSLİK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("hyWick", "we"). It forms part of our Privacy Policy and also serves our notice obligation under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

A cookie is a small text file that a website you visit saves in your browser. On the next request, the site reads this file to remember you: that you are logged in, your language preference, or which ad brought you to the site. Technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels do similar work; this policy covers them all together.

The hyWick mobile app does not use cookies, analytics or ad tracking tools.

2. Cookie Types and Your Consent

• Essential cookies: Required for the site to work, for logging in and for security. Consent is not required and they cannot be turned off.
• Functional cookies: Remember a choice you make, such as language. Consent is not required since they only store your choice.
• Analytics cookies: Measure how many people visit the site, which pages are read and where visitors come from. They run only if you consent.
• Marketing cookies: Measure the results of our ads and allow ad platforms to show you hyWick ads. They run only if you consent.

On your first visit to hywick.com, the cookie banner lets you accept, reject or individually choose analytics and marketing cookies. Rejecting does not prevent you from using the site. Until you consent, these cookies are not set and the related measurement code does not run.

Since only essential and functional cookies are used in the dashboard (app.hywick.com), no cookie banner is shown there.

When Google Analytics advertising features are enabled, Google may also use cookies on its own domains (google.com, doubleclick.net) for ad measurement. These cookies also run only with your consent.

4. Cookies Used in the Dashboard (app.hywick.com)

There are no analytics or marketing cookies in the dashboard; Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other ad tracking tool does not run. Page view and speed measurement is done without cookies and without identifying individuals.

The card form on the checkout screen is PayTR's secure payment frame and may use PayTR's own cookies. Login pages such as Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn that open when you connect a platform are those companies' sites; cookies there are subject to their policies.

5. Local Storage and Similar Technologies

Some information is kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage) or in session storage that is cleared when the tab closes (sessionStorage) instead of cookies. This information is not automatically sent to our servers.

• Dashboard view: Preferences such as theme (light/dark), home screen and table layout, and report date range.
• Remember me: If you tick this option on the login screen, your email address is stored on this device.
• Recent work: Drafts such as assistant sessions, images you generated and competitor searches, plus short-lived cache entries that speed up pages.
• Session IDs: A random ID kept while the tab is open to group in-app usage records into visits. Error logging keeps a similar ID so it can record a masked screen at the moment of an error.
• Website chat widget: The hyWick chat widget that companies add to their own websites stores a random session ID so the conversation continues across pages, whether the widget is open, and the last seen message. That site's cookie policy belongs to the site owner.
• hywick.com: The Meta measurement code keeps the last referring address, and the ChatGPT ads measurement code keeps a short-lived session record. These are subject to the same consent as marketing cookies.

6. Third-Party Services and International Transfers

If you consent to analytics and marketing cookies, information about your visit to hywick.com (pages you open, browser and device information, IP address, cookie IDs, the ad you clicked) is sent to the companies below. These companies process the data on their servers abroad, including in the United States, and may also use it for their own purposes under their own policies.

These transfers are based on the consent you give in the cookie banner and on the transfer safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK and in the GDPR. Once you withdraw consent, no new data is sent to these companies.

7. Managing Your Preferences

• Cookie settings: You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the hywick.com footer. Withdrawal applies from that moment on; you can delete previously set cookies from your browser.
• Google Analytics: To turn off Google Analytics on all sites, you can use Google's browser add-on.
• Meta ads: You can manage the ads shown to you in Meta ad preferences.
• Browser settings: You can block and delete all or some cookies. Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies. Safari: Settings > Privacy. Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security. Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
• If you block essential cookies, you cannot log in to the dashboard and some parts of the site will not work.

8. Your Rights and Contact

If the cookies we use change, we will update this policy; the update date is shown at the top of the page.
